Joseph Bolnick
Joseph Bolnick has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions and bankruptcy related transactions such as Section 363 sales. Mr. Bolnick’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on net lease transactions. His recent work includes the due diligence review of properties in sale-leasebacks with BMO Harris Bank and Walgreens and negotiation of defeasance transactions involving net leased properties.
Mr. Bolnick is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of New Hampshire and received his J.D. from Stanford Law School. He is admitted to practice in California and is a resident of our Santa Monica office.
